Winged Elm Farm is one of only a handful of operations in Tennessee to raise Berkshire hogs. Our breeding stock is from some of the top lines in the country. The vast majority of our feeder pigs are Berks as well. Consistent with the rest of our farm practices and philosophy, we place quality over quantity in our hog operation. Consequently, we breed and raise a limited number of animals.
